Drawing from experience conducting aquatic therapy and instructing group water aerobic classes, I've witnessed the profound healing benefits of the aquatic environment. These sessions not only elevate mood but also enhance cardiovascular health and overall fitness. Additionally, the aquatic setting offers a safe and effective alternative for rehabilitation when land-based exercises are impractical or uncomfortable. Personal Training:

I am dedicated to providing personalized training sessions that prioritize gentle yet effective strength training. These sessions are especially beneficial for individuals with type 2 diabetes. Research demonstrates that strength training and the resulting increase in muscle mass can potentially reverse the disease and improve metabolic health. Moreover, I am passionate about educating peri- and post-menopausal women on the importance of strength training to combat sarcopenia, a common issue leading to muscle loss in this demographic. My approach is to empower individuals with evidence-based resistance training, helping them maintain strength and vitality throughout all stages of life.
