With 8 years of experience teaching vinyasa, sculpt, and chair yoga, I design custom classes that focus on addressing any pre-existing injuries or functional limitations. Each session is tailored to ensure a safe, effective practice that meets your unique needs.

Personal Training:

My personal training sessions focus on gentle, yet effective mobility and strength training, using evidence-based techniques to stimulate muscle growth and improve overall function. I help clients understand the importance of strength training, particularly for those focused on weight management. Rapid weight loss without proper resistance training and protein intake can lead to muscle loss, which can affect metabolism, function, and long-term health. I’m passionate about empowering individuals—especially those managing diabetes or navigating peri/post-menopause—to experience the many benefits of strength training for better metabolic health and lasting well-being.

Fall Prevention Training:

My fall prevention training sessions are designed to improve balance, coordination, dual-tasking, and strength to help reduce the risk of falls. These sessions are not only fun, but also empowering, giving you the confidence to move more freely and safely while improving your overall mobility.
